Crosswords, trivia, and word search elements come together in Bonza word puzzle

What do you get when you cross a word search game with a trivia game and cross the resulting hybrid with a crossword puzzle? You get something like Bonza Word Puzzle. Bonza is a clever crossword puzzle game in which the whole crossword puzzle, so to speak, is already there, except it’s up to you to put them all together. While playing the game, you have to tap into your word power, spatial skills and knowledge to organize word fragments and ultimately complete the crossword. For each puzzle, you receive a hint that applies to all of the fragmented words. For example, given the clue “may be broken”, you may find a crossword puzzle consisting of the words “heart”, “record”, “rule”, “window” and “promise”. Or, as the trailer below shows, given the “Eye of the …” clue, you may end up with a crossword that connects the words “tiger”, “storm”, “needle” and “spectator”.

Plus, because we design new puzzles on the fly, if something big happens in the news , you bet tomorrow’s puzzle will talk about it! ” Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 4.3 or later, Bonza Word Puzzle is available now in the App Store for $ 0.99.
